Don is a successful technology and real estate executive who has taken multiple companies from the early stages to rapid growth and successful maturity in various markets and environments. Companies under his tutelage have consistently achieved record growth and revenues in their industries as well as industry awards. While at BEAR Data Solutions, DJ’s company achieved growth awards from the Inc. Magazine Fast Growth 5000 for six consecutive years, as well as IT industry growth and innovator awards.

Don was inducted into the University of California Athletics Hall of Fame in 2010 for his exploits in rugby and football. He is a former member of the USA Rugby Board of Directors and is a current member of the U.S. Rugby Foundation Board of Directors. He is also on the board of directors of the Atlas Foundation and sits on other private-sector boards of directors.

Adam Denter is the Director of Managed Services at BEARCloud. Managed Services at Bear Cloud includes IT/OT convergence, bringing data-centric computing and operational technology (OT) together. Driven by industry-standard service delivery methodology, Adam is focused on helping OT-focused companies take advantage of the developments in the IT space while maintaining the security inherent to OT operations. Adam has successfully developed four multimillion-dollar MSPs over the course of his career. His multifaceted skillset and ability to apply it to different verticals maintains his relevance in the constantly changing space.
 
Aside from his endeavors in the technical world, Adam competes in Kansas City Barbecue Society-sanctioned events. He enjoys outdoor activities as a refreshing change from the data center, most recently having spent a week on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska during the salmon run and sport-fishing freshwater trout in southern Utah.
